Important information and details about the Burghof conditions

• Reservations (valid only if written – fax, mail, post).
• In case we get many reservations for the same apartment we will only confirm the first one we got.
• Some apartments or floors cannot be reserved
• Addition for short stays: if you stay less than 3 days you will have to pay an addition of 10%.
• Cancellation (valid only if written – we will confirm your cancellation!!!): we regard the terms of the international hotel insurance (if we are not able to let the room to someone else you will have to pay 80% of the total amount)
• Dogs and pets: Euro 0.00 per day. Please make sure that your pets behave appropriately inside the apartments
• Arrival and departure: you can arrive daily until 9 pm without notice, after 9 pm only with notice. You have to leave the apartments before 10 am.
• Means of payment: cash or bank transfers in advance.
• If you stay in a flat by yourself the price decreases by Euro 15.00 a day.
• If you don’t come we will charge 3 days (depending on the season) to the credit card you have indicated while booking.
• For the wellbeing of everyone all the apartments are non smoking.You can smoke on the balcony or outdoors.
• If you don’t show up for your reservation we will charge Euro 10.00.
